Ticket pre-sales
Don’t wait too long, as the ticket price increases gradually as the event approaches.
REGISTRATION
Registration includes attendance at the event sessions, coffee break and lunch at the Palacio Euskalduna, and documentation of the event.
REGISTRATION FEE
– Registration fee 1.000,00 € + 21% VAT (total 1.210,00 € VAT included).
– Discount of 75% on the ticket price, until 1/12/19, 250,00 € + 21% VAT (total 302,50 € VAT included).
– 50% discount on the ticket price, from 2/12/19 to 26/02/20, 500,00 € + 21% VAT (total 605,00 € VAT included).

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the event, up to March 19, 2020, will be refunded in full. After March 20, no refunds will be made. Substitutions can be made with another person from the same company.
