José Luis Calderón is an Economist (ADE) from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, with a background in the insurance and financial sector. He has 35 years of experience in the insurance sector, 25 of them as General Manager in different prestigious entities (Aseval, CxG Aviva, Aviva Vida y Pensiones and Santalucía Vida y Pensiones).
Currently, in addition to being linked to the ICEA Association, he is a member of the Board of Directors of “Stay Agencia de Suscripción” and “Livetopic” insurtech in the field of financial planning, and of the Technical Committee of INADE. With a background in Business Studies and 20 years’ experience in
the insurance sector, I have worked in Risk Management at the
Telefónica Group and, for over fifteen years, in affinity insurance
with the Group’s Direct Insurer (Telefónica Seguros), developing
innovative products such as mobile insurance.
For the past six years, I have led the development of cyber
insurance at Telefónica Seguros, serving as product manager and
head of underwriting and business, with a focus on creating cyber
solutions that protect our customers in an increasingly complex
digital environment.

the insurance sector, I have worked in Risk Management at the
Telefónica Group and, for over fifteen years, in affinity insurance

For the past six years, I have led the development of cyber
insurance at Telefónica Seguros, serving as product manager and
head of underwriting and business, with a focus on creating cyber

Benjamin Pellegrini is Senior Cyber and Fintech Underwriter at Markel Spain. He has previous experience as a cyber underwriter at Zurich and cyber broker at Marsh. He is a solicitor specialising in personal data protection and cybersecurity.


Over 20 years’ experience in technology and risk management. Currently CISO at Ferrovial Energía and head of the Group’s OT cybersecurity. Former global CISO at Prosegur and Dia, with experience in banking and consultancy. Combines teaching with advisory work. Engineer, MBA and holder of multiple certifications in cybersecurity and risk management.



Richard Attié: With over 35 years of experience in the sector, he began his career in France. In 1997, he arrived in Spain, holding various sales and marketing management positions and being appointed Director of Development and member of the Management Committee of AZUR SEGUROS in 2003.
After several experiences in Spain, Richard joined Allianz with the aim of developing the business of entities in the Middle East and North Africa.
After two years as Head of Retail Business, Digital Marketing & Distribution at Allianz’s global headquarters in Munich, Richard wanted to return to his first love: sales. Today, he is the Global Senior Business Developer for Allianz’s B2B2C entity, Allianz Partners.

With 25+ years of international experience, Gaelle Chiodi has built her career in marketing and innovation, delivering global customer-centric solutions in complex environments. During her years in APAC, she held marketing & product management roles in telco and medical assistance, expanding her expertise in fast-growing health and technology fields.
Gaelle joined Allianz Partners in 2014, contributing to the growth of the Health Line of Business. She initially supported the international health (IPMI) segment and played a key role in establishing digital health services capabilities from the MEA region before transitioning into her current responsibilities.
Today, Gaelle is the Head of Digital Health Services at Allianz Partners Health. She leads the global development, delivery, and performance of the company’s digital health services portfolio. insurance at Telefónica Seguros, serving as product manager and
