Miren Gutiérrez

Miren Gutiérrez is a PhD in Communication, director of the Postgraduate Programme “Analysis, Research and Data Communication” and lecturer  at the University of Deusto. She is part of the Deusto Communication research team, recognized by the Basque Government with the maximum category A. She is also an Associate Researcher at the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) in London; Datactive, University of Amsterdam, and MediaData, Polytechnic University of Valencia. Gutierrez is the author of the book Data activism and social change, London: Palgrave-Macmillan.
