María Galván

From the Deputy General Management of Organization and Technology of the Mutualidad Group, María Galván leads the digital, technological and operational transformation of the entity, putting the mutualist at the center and with technology as a lever for change.

With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance sector, María has developed various responsibilities in multinational and national companies that have allowed her to have a transversal and strategic vision of risk management and processes, both in the core insurance business of the life insurance branch and in the technical-financial area, which allows me today to lead the transformation of the Mutualidad Group.

With a degree in Law and Ade (Icade-E3), I have taken specialization courses, the most recent of which are in Women’s Leadership at Smart Culture, Digital Transformation at IESE and Corporate Governance at INESE. I mentor students at Icade and Villanueva University.
