Professional in the insurance sector for more than 25 years, during which she has developed different functions in several insurance companies of reference in the market (Mapfre, Nationale Nederlanden and Reale).
With experience leading teams in different business areas such as product development, market research, promotion and territorial marketing, Feria currently holds the position of Operational Director of Reale Blue Service, the service company of the Reale Group in Spain. In this role, she leads the development and implementation of the company’s strategy and business management, focusing on the creation of innovative services.
She is also a founding partner of Eje&Con, and a member of the first promotion (2013-2014) of the Promociona@ Management Development Program.
