Clara Armengol has developed her professional career in the financial sector. Currently she is the Head of Sustainability at Sabadell Zurich. Prior to that, she held other positions such as CEO of Deutsche Zurich Pensiones and Head of Savings and Pensions at Sabadell Zurich. She is member of the Board of the Col·legi d’Actuaris de Catalunya and member of the Sustainability and Climate Change working group of the Actuarial Association of Europe.
Clara earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Actuarial Science from the University of Barcelona in 1994. She holds a master’s degree in Financial Management from the University of Deusto and a Management Development program from IESE Business School. In 2020, she completed the Sustainability Leadership Executive Education from the London Business School.
