Andrés is a Computer Engineer, Master in Information Systems and MBA. He has been a manager in different companies and financial entities, working in England, United States, Argentina, and since 3 years ago, in Spain. From Gocleer he helps insurers to develop proposals and protection programs for urban, conscious, and sustainable mobility. Together with representatives of associations, companies, and public bodies, he recently participated in the drafting of the Active Mobility Manifesto.
