Hilario Itriago

Hilario Itriago has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked 16 of them
at RSA Insurance Group, holding positions in 6 countries and 3 regions. He was Managing Director of
Rokk3r Inc (OTC: ROKK) after the latter acquired his company Bullfrog Ventures. Prior to co-founding
Bullfrog Ventures, Hilario was CEO of RSA Insurance LATAM, a 6 country business with sales of over
USD1.2bn. In that role he was responsible for the successful sale of RSA LATAM to Grupo Suramericana
de Colombia. During his years at RSA Hilario was also Regional COO of the Chile operation, as well as
CFO of RSA Venezuela. He is currently President of Canadian insurer BOXX Insurance in the US. He holds
an Advanced Executive Certification (ACE) from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Management,
Innovation and Technology.
